Fortunately, leaders can put their checkbooks away since the answer to the above question is this: “Be more welcoming towards man’s best friend.” According to a survey of employed UK adults, commissioned by employee experience platform Perkbox, 65% believe that having dogs at work supports their physical and mental health by encouraging them to take short breaks away from their desks. This, in turn, boosts productivity.
